The City of Chicago, Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide stage lighting rental services.

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on March 27, 2024 at 11:00am, Central Standard Time, virtually via Microsoft Teams. Meeting access must be requested in writing. Attendance is Non-Mandatory, but encouraged.

In order to receive notice of clarifications and addenda, Bidders that download the Bid Documents must register as a Bid Document holder below:
