It will be located less than ½ mile from the 47th Green Line Station and less than ¼ mile from South Cottage Grove Avenue and is the first project on the South Side to directly benefit from the July passage of the eTOD Connected Communities Ordinance. The building will contain ground floor food & beverage, a fitness center, medical offices, the Lyric Foundation headquarters, 26 residential units for veterans and 40 parking spaces.
