Group A Employees
For benefits that are offered to all employees except Sworn Police Officers below the rank of Sergeant and Seasonal employees.
Group B Employees
For benefits offered only to Sworn Police officers below the rank of Sergeant (Sworn Police Captains, Lieutenants, and Sergeants are offered benefits under Plan A).
Group C Seasonal Employees
Benefits are offered to employees who are classified as working seasonally, such as pool motor truck drivers. This applies mostly to employees who work for the Streets and Sanitation and Aviation departments.
